Caity Worthington is a 28-year-old Brisbane-based radiographer with a love for healthcare, personal growth, and making the most of life’s simple moments.

She entered Miss Universe Australia as a personal challenge, but quickly discovered it would become so much more than that. After years of navigating injury and health challenges, Caity felt disconnected from the confidence and spark that once came naturally to her. This experience became an opportunity to reconnect with herself, step outside her comfort zone, and rediscover the importance of investing back into herself.

Passionate about wellbeing, mental health, and authentic connection, Caity hopes to inspire others to prioritise their own wellbeing, embrace growth, and recognise that investing in yourself is never selfish - it is often the first step to finding yourself again.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exploring local markets, spending time outdoors and with her family and friends.
