Jess Mills (nee Hall-Sullivan): I was discovered when I was 14 and it very quickly became a huge part of my life. One of the biggest highlights of my career was working in Milan and being part of all the Melbourne fashion festivals. There is nothing quite like the energy of fashion week. Running from castings to fittings to shows, barely stopping and loving every minute of it.

I was lucky enough to work with some of the best in the industry. I loved the fast pace, the travel and the opportunity to represent and be part of incredible brands.
