What a privilege it’s been to have as muses, and to become friends with some of the most remarkable women we’ve ever had the good fortune to work with. The opportunity to capture the essence of their divine natures, their gutsy and striking energy, their confidence, and their free-spirited comfort in front of the camera, has been an extraordinary experience.
This exhibition celebrates the very core of freely expressing yourself… Our muses for this exhibition are artists, actresses, some are adult performers, some are porn stars, but each embrace their femininity, their sensuality, and their unapologetic pride in who they are. Working within an industry so often spoken about and so readily judged, we’ve always found it interesting how quickly opinions are formed about those who choose to be part of it. These women, however, represent something far more complex and far more compelling than those surface judgments allow. A way of working where opinions are readily and loosely thrown about but an industry where the audience are some of the largest in many cultures.
They are not defined by assumption, but by agency. They are some of the kindest, most open hearted, yet strong and confident women we have met, women who create art in their own way and on their own terms. These women represent more than beauty; they embody self assurance, independence, and fearless expression.
Through every image and every moment captured, they transform sensuality into art, embracing who they are without pretext. Elegant, powerful, and undeniably authentic, each muse brings her own story, energy, and individuality to life.
We adore, respect, and admire the LA Angels as our models and muses and have found them exceptionally exciting and fun to work with and are humbled by their talent and ability to bring themselves to the camera with remarkable presence. This exhibition is inspired by the spirit of our LA Angels, from old Hollywood glamour to contemporary celebrity culture, the show transforms the gallery into an immersive visual experience.
