Nyakoat Dojiok

Nyakoat Dojiok is a 22-year-old South Sudanese Dental Assistant, born in the small rural town of Lare, Ethiopia. She grew up with two siblings before moving to Australia at age seven.

A natural athlete from a young age, Nyakoat thrived once she settled into Australian life, starting school and taking up AFL. Her love for athletics has carried her sporting career to new heights, starring in two back-to-back VFLW premierships with North Melbourne, winning best on ground in the 2024 grand final and the league goalkicker award the following year.

Today, Nyakoat is channelling that drive into modelling and acting. A dynamic Melbourne-based commercial and lifestyle model known for her expressive, vibrant energy, she brings authenticity, professionalism and a passion for fashion to every campaign.

She sees the platform as the perfect step forward, hoping to inspire young South Sudanese women to step out of their comfort zone and into a beautiful program like Miss Universe Australia.
